  • besan ewer (sailing barge) that measurements were fitted to the Lägerdorf channel, built 1910 on the shipyard Jungewerft in Wewelsfleth (Germany), used at the river Elbe and tributaries.
  • eventful history with a lot of rebuilts to meet the economical demands of a cargo vessel in that time, 1925 enlarge of the hull (5m), fitted with an engine.
  • 1955 given to the son of the owner Walter Greve.
  • since 1970 she is a freighter for inland waters without sails
  • 1975 decommissioned, new owner restored the ship, since 1978 in her original state from 1910.
  • 1991 after a period where she laid up she was sold, in the museum's port "Museumshafen Oevelgönne/Hamburg" (Germany) she became an important evidence of traditional professional shipnavigation on the mouth of the river Elbe.
  • she is available for tourist charter sailing the river Elbe.
  • during the summer 2005 chartered by Greenpeace for the Energy Revolution Tour, she sailed as far as the Eastern Mediterranean, start in Gdansk (Poland), along the German Baltic Sea coast to the North-Baltic Sea-Channel, along the German North Sea coast to Antwerp and Brussels (Belgium), from Brussels along the rivers Maas, Rhein, Mosel to Luxembourg, back to the river Rhein, Main Dunabe Channel into the Dunabe, via Wien (Austria), Bratislawa (Slovakia), Budapest (Hungary), Vukova (Croatia), Novia Sad (Serbia) along the river Dunabe, passing Bulgaria and Romania into Black Sea, calling Varna (Bulgaria), further on to the Bosporus to Istanbul, further to Lesbos and Rhodos (Greek), to Beirut (Libanon), Tel Aviv (Israel) and Alexandria (Agypt).
