- built 1932 at the English shipyard Berthon Boat Company Ltd in Lymington, after plans of the English yacht designer Joseph M. Soper from Southhampton, first owner was the industrialist H. Fletcher from Southhampton, launched in April, 1932
- participated the Cowes Week in the Solent
- 1935 sold to the British king George V., who presented her to the royal sailing teacher Sir Philip Hunloke honouring his achievements Hunloke has been the skipper of the royal yacht "Britannia" for many years
