  • built at the Sanders Shipyard in Galmpton for marine artist Arthur Briscoe in 1908, used as a platform for the artist to sketch and draw the last commercial sailing ships trading in northern Europe.
  • completed a number of transatlantic voyages in the 1970s, after this aquired by the Golden Vanity Trust in 1982 to restore and operate her as a sailtraining vessel for the youth.
  • extensive repair work until 1988 when she was relaunched, another major refit including the replacing of planks and rebuilding of the engine in 1995.
  • joined the Trinity Sailing Foundation in 1999, together with "Provident" and "Leader" the ship offers sailtraining based from Brixham and cruises along the south coast of Devon and Cornwall, often participated the Cutty Sark Tall Ships Races since 1993.
