  • "Blue Sirius" was built by Bjørn Alvdal in Brekke, NOR as a cargo sailing ship and mainly transported salt between England and Norway.
  • she was later used for fishing in the North Sea.
  • at the beginning of the 1970s she went to Bergen, NOR, where she was converted into a charter vessel.
  • 1975 brought to Lübeck, GER by Hans Arnold, mainly used as a private vessel.
  • in 1983 the ship's hull was coated with polyester because her hull was making water.
  • 1998 new set of sails.
  • in August 2005 brought to Tallinn, EST, given to the SA Tuletorn Fond.
  • since 2012, used and maintained by the non-profit foundation Blue Sirius Association working with Estonian and foreign youth.
  • on August 9, 2013 she sunk after hitting the ground close to the Estonian island Aegna, crew was rescued, 11 days later the boat was salvaged as well and brought to Port Noblessner for being repaired.
